Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

For example: if a Player receives a RM100 bonus with a 5× Wagering Requirement, the Player must place total qualifying wagers of RM500 before the bonus balance and any winnings can be withdrawn.

• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates per game type are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bets placed at the minimum stake set out in the relevant promotion terms count towards Wagering Requirements. Bets that exceed the maximum stake limit set out in the promotion terms may not count in full or may be excluded entirely.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unmet requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
